Brenton is a consultant, facilitator and coach who inspires and supports clients in leading and co-creating sustainable change programmes, transformational interventions and integrated development solutions. His talent is in creating the space, process and challenge that allows people and teams to align and move forward in a committed and motivated way.
Building on a professional and client driven approach gained from 10 years working with Ernst & Young as a Chartered Accountant and Learning and Development professional, Brenton has another decade of experience working with a wide range of multi-national clients in the professional services, IT services, financial and not-for-profit world. Clients include Ernst & Young, BP, Fujitsu Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Teach First, KPMG, Accenture and Linklaters. Most recently, he has supported a professional service firm in the creation of an award-winning, innovative, career effectiveness programme.
Brenton's clients value and trust his focused, enthusiastic and engaging approach that allows them to build programmes that work for themselves, their organisation and their teams. Brenton qualified as a Chartered Accountant, is a Master NLP practitioner, MBTI qualified and has trained with an accredited International Coach Federation organisation.
