David Bowen
David focuses on working with clients through significant change, enhancing leadership capability and building effective teams. He helps to achieve this in groups and through one-to-one mentoring/coaching. Predominantly working in the professional services sector he has worked with global and national organisations, including banks, accounting firms and law firms in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia. He is an FCA and a qualified MBTI and FIRO B practitioner. David brings his experience over many years of leadership roles in an international partnership to his relationships with clients, offering practical and useable advice.
David has spent his whole career in the consulting world. Starting as a Chartered Accountant he worked with many client organisations from large international corporates and public sector bodies to entrepreneurial businesses and charities. For the last 24 years he has been involved in Training and Development, including 13 years as UK HR Partner for international accounting and consulting firm, Mazars, previously Neville Russell. He has also held two Managing Director positions; in a consulting firm and a financial services company.
David is a partner and co-owner of Møller PSFG Cambridge Ltd.
