Ellen Dunne
Ellen's focus is working with individuals who need to maximise their leadership presence and impact; develop a wider repertoire of behavioural responses, or effectively navigate major change and transitional periods. Ellen’s robust but involved style enables a supportive and challenging relationship to develop with individuals and provides them with the means to explore a range of issues, opportunities and mindsets, which may enhance or be impacting on performance. The focus of the coaching is increased awareness, clarity, choice and action.
Ellen is a Corporate Member of the CIPD and holds the Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
Prior to working independently, Ellen was an HR Director with Ernst & Young, a global accounting and consulting firm and a Practice Area HR Manager with Clifford Chance. She has significant strategic and operational experience working directly with client facing business units, advising, influencing and developing organisational change.
Ellen is a partner and co-owner of Møller PSFG Cambridge Ltd.
