Gillian Secrett
Gillian has a passion for value-based leadership, enabling high performance teams to deliver excellent results in the service sector, through empowerment and by engaging the hearts and minds of individuals. At the top of her agenda are:

- Providing and supporting creative solutions
Her primary role is Chief Executive of The Møller Centre, a residential executive education centre whose mission is:
"To support its clients to acquire knowledge for professional development and personal and business success."
This includes the production of tailor made training programmes for senior executives as well as providing the highly serviced environment within a University of Cambridge College in which these “learning experiences” take place. This provides the special combination of education, cultural experience and inspirational thought. Gillian is a member of the University of Cambridge Board of Executive and Professional Education.
Director and Company Secretary for The Møller Centre for Continuing Education Limited at Churchill College in the University of Cambridge, Gillian has a BSc in Business Studies and is a By-Fellow of Churchill College. Gillian has qualified with the Institute of Directors with a Diploma in Company Direction and is a Chartered Director. She is also a qualified coach having trained to intermediate level with the Coaches Training Institute of California.
