Dr Henry Marsden (C.Psychol)
Henry specialises in research, coaching and mentoring and has extensive experience in the design and development of leadership programmes. He is an experienced facilitator, case study leader and presenter who is used to working with individuals and large groups. His Psychology PhD, and his continuing interest in this field, give him the tools and techniques that support people as they face the challenges at work. His experience of working within a professional service firm has also given him the practical insights into the special nature of these organisations.
Before starting his consulting career Henry was the Head of Learning & Development at Linklaters, a leading global law firm. During his time there he oversaw the great expansion of their technical and skills programmes and also operated as the Head of HR in an international office.
Henry is a partner, co-owner and the Managing Director of Møller PSFG Cambridge Ltd. He also heads up the Research Programme Group for the company.
