Joanna Corr
Joanna has over 20 years consulting experience specialising in the area of leadership development. She has worked within the professional services sector for fifteen years, and has extensive experience in working with Senior Partners in a range of partnership organisations. She has recently facilitated a large scale leadership programme for over 450 partners in one of the “Big Four” global accountancy practices.
She brings considerable commercial client experience through working with global executive teams within a wide range of professional service firms as well as private sector organisations. She has designed and led strategically aligned, tailored development programmes, facilitated senior leader events, supported executive teams and undertaken individual coaching. She has worked on a number of assignments to support leaders involved in the global transformation of internal support functions in finance, IT and HR.
She is also a very experienced executive coach with a well-developed reputation and established practice, working with partners, directors and heads of functions in legal, accounting and banking clients.
She is a qualified psychometric tester for a range of leading instruments. She has considerable international experience and has undertaken assignments in New York, Tokyo, Brussels, Paris, Moscow, and Denmark.
Joanna is a partner and co-owner of Møller PSFG Cambridge Ltd.
