Julie Holden
Julie specialises in helping people realise their potential and deliver high performance by aligning their personal motivations, aspirations and capability with needs of their organisation. As such, she works with people to maximise their impact and satisfaction as leaders, client relationship managers, business developers and importantly, as themselves.
Julie is an expert in the design and facilitation of development centres and experiential learning programmes regarding leadership, relationship management (including influencing and external/internal consulting skills), feedback, coaching and mentoring skills. She also provides executive coaching support specialising in personal effectiveness and career issues.
Julie was Director of Internal Consulting for Ernst & Young where she managed global and local organisation development assignments. Julie’s experience and client base is international and stretches across industry sectors majoring in professional services and including manufacturing, banking, and Higher Education. Julie is a qualified psychometrics practitioner for MBTI, OPQ, HDBI and Hay Emotional Intelligence and an accredited Positive Power & Influence trainer. She has also completed programmes in Brief Therapy Strategies, Gestalt Advanced Facilitation Skills in Individual and Organisational Change and Positive Psychology.
