Rachel Thompson
Rachel has 16 years commercial and HR experience in the professional services and retail sectors. Her career has focused on leading and working with individuals and international teams to achieve effective results.
As a consultant she has advised on:
- The design and delivery of management skills programmes including development centres and a suite of skills courses for international professional services staff
- The development of a senior management skills curriculum for over 80 partners and of a management development programme for 100 top performing senior managers
- The delivery of bespoke development interventions including team building, leadership skills, managing change, business planning and influencing skills. These have been implemented in several different countries including America, Singapore, Hong Kong and Europe
- The creation of performance management tools including appraisal processes for senior managers, competency frameworks and 360 feedback
- A strategic review and proposal for career development and training delivery for an international law firm
Rachel also has a coaching practice with clients drawn from professional services, consultancy and blue chip organisations.
Rachel applies her knowledge to coach individuals to be productive, confident, high performing contributors in organisations.
Rachel has worked with international clients such as Linklaters, Clifford Chance, Ernst & Young, Shell and specialist consultancies such as CB Richard Ellis and ERM. Her professional qualifications include: Corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, CoachU graduate (ICF accredited), NLP master and business practitioner, certified MBTI, Quintax and OPQ psychometric tester.
Rachel is a partner and co-owner of Møller PSFG Cambridge Ltd.
