Sam Humphrey
Sam works as an Integrated Leadership Development consultant with particular expertise in coaching and coach consultancy.
Sam is the former Head of Global Coaching at Unilever where she developed and introduced a pioneering executive coach assessment process. Her work also included building the internal coaching capability of the senior leadership team, developing a global coaching framework, introducing a coaching value chain and working as part of the Global Leadership Learning Team to design and deliver senior leadership interventions and team programmes.
Sam is a member of the CIPD Coaching Advisory Group and sits on the Editorial Board of Coaching at Work and is a faculty member at Meyler Campbell providing business coaching development programmes for senior partners and executives. She holds a professional Masters in Coaching and her research explored the coaching capability of business leaders. Sam has written a number of articles published in Coaching at Work and The Guardian and has contributed to the book Executive Coaching for Results.
Sam is a partner and co-owner of Møller PSFG Cambridge Ltd.
