Toby Hoskins
Toby was previously Director of Strategic and Leadership Learning at Ernst & Young. He has spent almost his entire career within the professional services market being a Chartered Accountant. He cut his teeth as a salesman, and then as a financial trainer, before moving into management education. Now focusing on leadership, his insight is the result of a deep understanding of how the professional services market is changing and the effects on those operating within it. Toby has designed and implemented large scale change orientated leadership programmes, and has a lot of experience in sales development, strategy workshops, assessment centres and experiential activities.
Toby has worked with many leading organizations including BP, Norwich Union, leading retail and investment banks, FTSE 100 industrials, Cisco Systems, Euromoney, and smaller legal, consulting, and engineering businesses.
Toby is a partner and co-owner of Møller PSFG Cambridge Ltd.
