Education for Partners

With Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, our partners run both bespoke and open programmes to equip partners with the insights, skills and techniques that will help them meet the demands of their role and make them more effective leaders at both a firm and practice level.

Our programmes are much more than simple education programmes. For us, a programme is only truly successful when the participants implement the concepts and ideas and visibly improve their own, their practice’s and their firm’s performance.

Our focus on implementation sets our programmes apart

Our programmes, whether bespoke or open, are tailored to the people who attend them and their issues. Each participant is contacted before the programme to ascertain their needs and the final programme includes multiple sessions on how to respond to them. These discussions are typically held in small groups with fellow participants experiencing similar problems and faculty experts.  And, when an issue needs further debate or its importance encompasses other participants, we adjust the planned content to deal with it and any related issues.

We also have a cadre of outstanding coaches who are experienced in helping partners and who, at a participant’s request, will support them turn ideas into action.

Find our more about the challenges partners face and our schedule of open programmes to help them deal with those challenges.
