We run a range of open programmes drawing on our expertise in professional service firms in conjunction with the Judge Business School and The Møller Centre in Cambridge.
Our open programmes cover the five areas that are critical to the success of any professional firm – leadership, strategy and differentiation, business development, client service and people management.

The Law Firm Partner as Leader
This programme has been specifically designed for those law firm partners who recognise that, for their firms to be more competitive and successful, they, as individuals, need to be equipped with the legal market insights and, critically, the skills and techniques that will help them meet the demands of today's law firm partner role and make them more effective leaders at both firm and practice level.

The Professional Service Firm Partner
The core of this programme covers the five main topics identified above, but what makes this programme unique is its focus on implementation - in turning the concepts and ideas into specific actions that improve individual, practice and firm performance. This programme will particularly appeal to those who value a wider dialogue with partners from different professions.
